How do I navigate and find my product?

  • Move your cursor over any of the menu items, your cursor arrow will become a "hand". Clicking on that will offer you choices of pashmina products on the left side of the monitor. Click on the one of your choice and the product page offering color and other options will open up. Add to cart and continue shopping more products. Alternatively, click on Buy it Now and checkout. The number of items added to cart would appear on the top right side of the screen. Click on the cart and checkout.  
  • Alternatively, scroll down on the Homepage and click on View All. You will be able to see all the products offered by us. Click on the one of your choice and you will be able to view all the color and other options on the product page, add to cart and place your order. Or
  • Type a keyword into the SEARCH box, represented by the symbol of microscope on the top left side of each page to find your product.

Are pashminas illegal?

No, they are not illegal which is why we are selling these to you.

Are animals killed to produce Pashmina?

No, not at all. Animals are not killed to produce pashmina wool.

What is pashmina illegal?

Some people ask why is pashmina illegal? Trade of pashmina is not illegal. Some unethical people and companies forcefully trap and kill the endangered high altitude goat species. They extract the wool from their underbelly to produce the wool called Shahtoosh which have been declared illegal worldwide. 

Is their any variation in the color shade between the selected color and the actual pashmina?

Although the color matching is close to perfect except, there is likely to be minor difference due to glare and reflection of light on the screen. 

Can I pay via PayPal without an account?

Yes, you can pay using your credit/debit card. Click on the PayPal option and you will find the choice to pay via universally accepted credit/debit cards

What are the shipping charges which I have to pay?

We ship our products worldwide for free. 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship our products worldwide.

How should I proceed if I want to change quantity/color, or, cancel my order?

Please note that once an order is shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you want to change/cancel your order, please send us an email within 24 hours. We would reply back asking you how to proceed. 

Has my order been shipped?

We ship most of the orders within 48 hours excluding the weekends i.e. Saturdays and Sundays. A confirmation email is sent to you to that effect. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if the filters set by you are severe. 

How should I proceed if I don’t receive my order?  

If your order is not delivered in the stipulated time, please contact the customer service for assistance. If the shipping address entered by you is incorrect, no refund will be given. The orders are not delivered to P.O. Boxes. 

How do I return my product?

Please write to us within 30 days of receipt of the product. We would send you the return instructions. Please see to it that the product is returned in its original unused condition.

Why should I pay the return shipping charges?

We don’t ask our worthy customers to pay for the return shipping charges. Instead, we bear the return shipping expenses.

What do I do if I don't receive the product?

Please let us know if you don't receive the product in the stipulated time. We would try our best to trace and track it. However, if the product is lost, we would give you 100% refund.

How do I receive the refund?

We will issue 100% refund on receipt of the return shipping receipt of the product. We neither charge any return shipping costs nor restocking fees. We would either issue you the USPS return shipping label or ask you to pay for the return shipping charges. In the latter case we would refund you the return shipping cost. The refund would be given to you to the original method of payment through which you had made the payment.

Do I have to pay any taxes, customs, fees or duties?

No, you don’t have to. You would not be charged any taxes, customs, fees or duties.   

What are my payment choices?

You can pay either using PayPal or Venmo. If you do not have account with PayPal, it offers choice to pay using any of the universally accepted credit/debit cards. We would ship your order only on receipt of payment.

Once you have added items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top right side of the screen. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Why are pashmina shawls banned?

Pashmina shawls are not banned. It is the Shahtoosh shawl which is banned because it is produced by killing the high altitude goats and obtaining wool from the inner skin of the goat.. 

Faux pashmina meaning or what is faux pashmina?

Faux Pashmina fabric meaning is that the fabric is fake. These are produced from the amalgam of pashmina and any synthetic fiber like viscose. Apparently, these scarves and shawls are super soft, shiny and very smooth, but their warmth is nowhere near to that of real pashmina. Faux pashmina is sold by the traders to cheat the customers.

Good things in life don't come easy. Real pashmina shawls and wraps are certainly a bit expensive, but affordable. It's worth the magnificence it complements your dress.
