Customization
We offer our worthy customers a number of custom made options which are Custom Dye, Embroidery of Name, With or Without Tassels, Beaded Tassels, Gift Wrap and Greetings Card options. The relevant Custom Made options appear on the Order Form on the Dropdown menus indicating the extra charges where applicable. Exercise your choice and Update your order.
Custom Dye. We offer pashmina wraps; scarves, stoles, shawls, throws and throw blankets in 300 colors as per our color chart. However, if you don't find color(s) of your choice, we offer you to send us the picture(s) of your color(s) choice via email or by mailing us the sample fabric/swatch and we will do the needful for you. Extra charges for this option are US $ 3.00 to 10.00 per pashmina wrap. It takes two to three days to undertake this customization. Please note that the refund in case of custom dyed pashmina(s) will be 80% and not 100%.
Embroidery of Name. We offer to embroider your name or the name given by you in the color matching the pashmina wrap in font size 36 in the theme font of Arial. The extra charges for this option vary from US $ 10.00 to US $ 15.00 per pashmina wrap. It takes two to three days to undertake this customization. Please note that the refund in case of name embroidered pashmina(s) will be 50% and not 100%.
With or Without Tassels. We receive most of the pashmina wraps with Tassels. In case you want your pashmina wrap(s) without Tassels or vice verse, we will do the needful. Please note that the preparation/removal of Tassels, as applicable, will shorten the length of the pashmina wrap by 7 to 9 inches. The extra charges for this customization vary from US $ 3.00 to 10.00 per pashmina wrap. It takes two to three days to undertake this customization. Please note that the refund in this case will be 70% and not 100%.
Beaded Tassels. Another unique customization offered by us is addition of beads to the tassels. It takes three to five days to undertake this customization. The extra charges for this customization vary from US $ 10.00 to 15.00 per pashmina wrap i.e US $ 10.00 for the stole and US $ 15.00 for the shawl and the shawl large. Please note that the refund in this case will be 50% and not 100%.
Gift Wrapping. If you are ordering pashmina wrap(s) for any of your near and dear ones, you may like to have the pashmina wrap(s) delivered gift wrapped. The charges for this customization are US $ 3.00 per pashmina wrap.
Greetings Card. If you are ordering pashmina wrap(s) for any of your near and dear ones, you may like to have Greetings Card(s) along with the pashmina wrap(s) delivered. The charges for this customization are US $ 2.00. If you order more than one pashmina wrap, on updating the order in the Order Form, the charges will appear as multiples of the number of pashmina wraps being ordered. While processing the order, we will charge you only for one greetings card (or the number of greetings cards required by you) and refund the remaining amount charged in this regard.
