  Pashmina Color Choices . You will find the Color Chart Button on all pages offering plain color pashmina wraps. Click on the Color Chart Button and another Window will open up showing the Color Chart. Select the color(s) of your choice for the pashmina wrap(s) you want to order. To place an order, please click on Add to Cart button. While filling in the order form, click on the color selected by you in the Drop Out Menu in the Order Form for each pashmina wrap(s).
  
  Custom Dye Option. If you don't find the color of your choice in the Color Chart, send us the image(s) of the color(s) via email and we will custom dye the pashmina with nominal extra charges. You can even mail us the color swatch(es) and we will prepare your pashmina as per the color swatch(es).
  
  Variation in Size(s). Owing to peculiar processes of production of pashmina wrap(s), you may find variation in the the size(s). However, we ensure that the variation in size, in no case, is more than 5%.
  
  Variation in Color Shade(s). We use highly advanced system of dyeing and color matching. The laser printouts of the color chart are obtained and the dyeing is undertaken on the same lines. Thus, the color matching is close to perfect except for the difference of observation on different screens and because of the glare and reflection of light on the screen. Also, the color shades, particularly of ring pashminas, look strong once packed in multiple layers as compared to once spread out for use in single layer. If you want the color matching to be more precise, please send us the fabric swatch while returning the pashminas and we will have the pashminas dyed matching the swatch(es).
  
  Payment Currencies. Although the prices are listed in US Dollars, we accept payments in all major currencies of the world. These are: US Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Danish Krone, Pound Sterling, Hong Kong Dollar, Indian Rupee, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona and South African Rand. Once you place your order, you can choose the preferred currency by clicking on the same using drop out menu on the top left side of the Order Form.
  
  Shipping Policy. Unless specified otherwise, all pashminas are shipped within one to two business days of the receipt of the order. Pashminas are shipped through FedEx / USPS, and on the average take 5 business days to deliver.
  
  Shipping Charges.We provide FREE worldwide shipping.
  
  Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our pashmina(s) in any way, you can return these within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive a 100% refund. If you choose to return your order after the lapse of the guarantee period of one month, 70% refund will be given during the second month and 40% during the third month. Please see to it that the pashmina(s) are returned in unused condition i.e. the condition in which you received them. This guarantee isn't applicable to custom/order made colors for which only 50% refund will be given during the guarantee period of first month and none thereafter.
  
  Exchange Policy. If for any reason you wish to exchange your pashmina to get another one, we will ship the replacement soon after receipt of such information from you. Please notify us to that effect within the guarantee period of one month.
  
  Cancellation Policy. If you cancel the order prior to its shipment, 100% refund will be given. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, please accept its delivery and return the order as per return instructions and we will give you 100% refund. However, if you refuse to accept the delivery, only 50% refund will be given.

  Wholesale Policy. Spencer's Pashmina also sells its pashminas to its worthy wholesale buyers the world over. Owing to varying requirements of our worthy wholesale buyers in terms of variety, sizes and quantity, we offer special packages and the prices thereof accordingly. Write to us about your requirement at: info@spencerspashmina.com and we will notify the details of the package.
  
  Care Instructions. Your Pashmina can last a lifetime with proper care. Pashmina should not be machine washed. It should be either hand washed or dry cleaned. Do not wring or twist your Pashmina. To iron your pashmina, place a piece of cloth between iron and your pashmina. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to pre-treat your pashmina before dry cleaning.
